Near-Zero Emissions Boiler Upgrade, California Food Processing Facility
Oilon partnered with Nationwide Boiler Inc. to fit out a custom 300 HP, 150 psig firetube boiler with an Oilon ultra-low NOx burner for a leading US food producer. The system passed formal compliance source testing at just 3.1 ppm average NOx and under 2 ppm CO (corrected to 3% O₂), with a verified 3:1 turndown ratio, stabilising the facility's ageing steam infrastructure while meeting California's strict emissions rules.
