Emissions Reduction & Decarbonisation Upgrades

For facilities under increasing pressure to cut Scope 1 emissions, we design and deliver retrofit upgrades that reduce CO2, NOx, and particulate output — from replacing older burners with Oilon’s low-emission range, to introducing ChillHeat heat pumps for waste heat recovery, to modernising existing control systems.

Oilon’s industrial heat pumps typically cut carbon dioxide emissions by around 80% compared with traditional heating technology, and pairing heating with cooling in a combined heating and cooling configuration can take a site to fully carbon-neutral thermal operation. Where a full heat pump changeover isn’t the right first step, our modernisation path can renew or upgrade individual parts of an existing burner system — the burner itself, valve gear, automation, or the fuel train — to bring emissions down without a full replacement.
